Same as in sports, every memeber of our team is a key element in the whole process, and without plan there cannot be a goal. Not just aviation principles, but we also honor principles that are borrowed from rugby. 

• None of us can affor anything other, than an honest approach and resepcting the rules. Without integrity, we wouldhave been out of the game a long time ago.
• Only with discipline, we as a Time Air team can keep the same level of clients expectations, or aviation safety.
• You cannot spell teamwork without team and work. It is hard work sometimes, but communication, planning and synchornization is essential to playing as one team.
• (A clockwork needs synchronized and precise every gear wheel to show the right time. Only when we play as one team, we can call our selves Time Air team. 
• But every mentioned key components, would fall apart if we would not respect each other, clients, partners and competitors.
